Patient Care is Our First Priority

Active Recovery TMS focuses solely on providing TMS therapy for the treatment of depression. We do not provide medication management or psychotherapy services.

We are excited to bring this ground-breaking alternative treatment for depression to our region. This powerful treatment uses principles of electromagnetism (similar to a MRI) to create electrical changes in the specific parts of the brain that are affected by depressive disorders. TMS is a FDA cleared, non-medication treatment of depression. TMS is effective alone to treat depression, but can also be used along with medications and psychotherapy.

We are looking for individuals who are mission-driven and dedicated to helping our patients seek recovery. Behavioral health work experience and/or background in psychology is preferred.

We are looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is devoted to our mission of increasing access to TMS therapy. Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for direct patient care of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy at an area clinic and working with our executive team driving new patient growth for Active Recovery TMS. The ideal candidate for this position is patient-oriented, enthusiastic about leading a team of trained TMS technicians and willing to learn and apply the latest TMS techniques. While prior TMS experience is a plus, we will provide all necessary training with appropriate clinical supervision to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

This position may be available part-time or full-time. We are interested in candidates who are PMHNP licensed in Washington, Oregon or both. We are open to full time or part time candidates to provide direct patient care to our Portland area clinics or our upcoming clinic in the greater Seattle area.

Mental Health Therapist (LCSW LPC LMFT)

Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

The Mental Health Therapy Provider will have experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing primarily one-on-one therapy in an outpatient setting but may require the engagement of other parties. Patients may have a variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and others. The Mental Health Provider will collaborate with appropriate care teams and triage referrals. They may have contact with patients in person or on the phone and the emphasis to start will be a short-term psychotherapy (i.e. 12 sessions) framework.

While prior TMS experience is a plus, we will provide all necessary training with appropriate clinical supervision to ensure the highest standard of patient care. Please note that we are not offering relocation compensation at this time, and candidates must be currently credentialed in Washington.

This position may be available part-time or full-time. We are interested in candidates who are MD or DO level providers licensed in Washington. We are open to full time or part time candidates to provide direct patient care to our upcoming clinic in the greater Seattle area.

Job Overview

The Human Resource Manager reports to the Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for all aspects of human resource development for our fast-growing organization including:

Employee Recruiting – Drafting and posting new positions on online job boards, evaluating and phone screening applicants, scheduling interviews with team members, presenting verbal offers and updating the applicant pool tracking spreadsheet.

Onboarding New Employees – Create and present offer letters in partnership with hiring manager and present via Gusto platform, initiate background checks and drug screening in Good Egg platform, coordinate reference checks, review and signing of employee handbook, provisioning employee notebook, online accounts and software, provision keys and coordinate photos and name badges.

Payroll Administration – Manage Gusto payroll platform, submit payroll biweekly, work with managers to approve and track employee sick time, floating holidays, and vacation, ensure timecards are submitted correctly, track and enter non-payroll employee payments such as mileage, bonuses and expense reimbursements and process promotions and payroll changes.

Benefits Administration – New employee benefits enrollment, qualifying life event enrollment, coordinate payroll deductions, manage annual open enrollment, support exiting employee state continuation benefits and support FMLA administration.

Training & Development – Provide new hire training, schedule manufacturer training for clinical personnel, ensure completion of semi-annual HIPAA training, coordinate electronic health records system training, manage, expand Relias training module repository, and help develop position-specific and company-wide employee development programs.

DEIB and Sustainability – Ensure recruiting efforts place priority on developing a diverse and equitable work environment for all team members, establish an employee DEIB work group to foster sharing between employees and management, assist leadership team in establishing and tracking clear goals for continuous advancement of DEIB principals, and assist in developing improved sustainability practices across the company.

Other Responsibilities – Work with the leadership team on projects & initiatives, assist with credentialing for medical providers, establish portal access to insurance providers and manage the Medical Provider deck per insurance requirement.
